Grandma's Funeral

My grandma Sorenson passed away on Easter Sunday after years of alzheimer's. Physically she was healthy up until the last few months when she broke her back, but that wasn't what stopped her. As soon as her back was to where she was able to get out of bed on her own she fell one morning putting on her makeup (my grandma loved to look pretty). This time she broke her hip and was only able to walk once, that was when her alzheimer's kicked in and she forgot she couldn't walk:). She had a really hard time with her broken hip, but when she was able to get out of the hospital and into a rest home she was right back to the happy grandma we all knew. She was happy, but her alzheimer's quickly got worst and she started running fevers.
Being Easter morning the spirit of the resurrection was with me much stronger this year.

Thanks to Tax Returns

This all started because Landon Put batteries in our VCR, yeah, it wouldn't even play DVD's after that. When when we went to get a new one we just couldn't pass up a Good Sale.
So this is what's in our living room now. It's 32" and you can't see it the best but the entertainment center has glass doors on the bottom, and the top has doors that roll in. Richard and I put it together late last night. And this is with the doors closed:)

New Glasses

So this is my new face. I got them to help see far a way things, but they help so much with close things too I wear them all time. Well, I did just get them yesterday:)

Landon and his friends

These are Landon's friends; Madelyn on his right and Grace on his left, named after the two newest babies in his life. His bedtime routine used to be; Pillow, blanket, drink, kiss, hug. And now he has added baby Grace, and "Ma-o-wyn". He won't sleep without them.

This kid can eat

The high chair is Carson's favorite place to be. His usual breakfast is a bowl of cereal, a banana, a cup of milk, and sometimes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, no wonder catching up to Landon.Thanks mom!!

Our New Bed Spread

Isn't it pretty? We got tired of our purple one and were ready for a change. Now we need curtains:)

FUN IN THE SNOW

With a little snow fall Landon and Daddy thought they would have a little fun!

There has been so much snow this winter that a huge pile had accumulated off the driveway from all the shoveling.
I don't know who had more fun Landon or Daddy.
